1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AuraSeason, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Pro Features and Purchases

AuraSeason offers a one-time purchase to unlock "Pro" features. This is not a subscription. Once purchased, you will have lifetime access to the unlocked features on any device associated with your Apple ID. Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the creator of AuraSeason. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without explicit permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuraSeason is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator of AuraSeason be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the app.
